- Remy is a 28 year old from the capital of Ontario, Canada. By day he is the Executive Chef at an artsy little spot in an old distillery. Most of the time he can be spotted drifting off into Mouseland, dreaming of his next vacation. His favorite colour is green, he would like to walk on the moon and he gets weak at the knees for Kat Von D tattoos, Frank`s Hot Sauce, and all things Disney. As a self-taught Walt Disney and Walt Disney World expert he is the subject of ridicule from his friends, until they need him to help plan their vacations. His blogs have appeared in worldwide media outlets, and local publications. He currently lives in Orlando, FLA working for the mouse.
